Sweet, Sweet Fantasy

One of the most popular questions married people have is whether they can have sexual fantasies about people other than their spouse or whether that constitutes cheating. The answer is not a simple yes or no as you might imagine. It can get complicated. It all depends on your intentions when fantasizing, how you really feel about your spouse, and if you really want to (and can) act on this attraction. Recently, I wrote a Q and A that addresses this very issue and offers ways to determine what your sexual fantasies really mean for your marriage. It's up to you to decide if these thoughts are merely harmless fantasy or if they interfere with your reality.
