Many newlyweds are in the market for a new house. And now -- what many are calling the bottom of the economic crisis -- is a great time to buy a home. Recently, real estate expert Barbara Corcoran offered advice to the Today Show audience about how to find a great deal.

You'll see that, unfortunately, profiting from the misfortune of others is one way to get a good price on a new house. People who can't afford their mortgage, are getting divorced, or lost a family member are often eager to sell.
