Newlyweds Walking on Water

Wordless Wednesday Wedding
Tiziana Scotti and Enzo Damiano appear to be coming out of the water just moments after they took their wedding vows on the island of Ischia in Italy. This image has me thinking of marriage as rebirth, an opportunity to start anew with your love. A wedding is a chance to promise faithfulness and eternal love, and it's also the beginning of a new chapter in your relationship. This means that you can think of your wedding day as a clean slate and an opportunity to improve yourself and therefore your relationship. As newlyweds, you can work to be more romantic, demonstrate your love more often, support your spouse, and plan for the future together. Doing these things will help you avoid divorce court and be happy. It won't be easy but it can be done!

What a great photo! And such a happy couple. The groom’s suit is so stylish…
I love how you add to the feeling of the photo with your comment about the water symbolizing the rebirth of their love as they enter this new life together. Lovely!

Great photo. Did they arrive by boat?
You only wear a wedding gown once so I don’t suppose it matters if you ruin it in the water. Looks like a good relax-a-wedding.
It does seem like they arrived by boat.
I like weddings by the water. I have some friends who were married on a beach in New Zealand. The pictures are beautiful.
A beautiful couple. They certainly look happy. What a lovely setting for a wedding.
What a lovely shot. How romantic.
Merpeople in love – very nice!
I really like her bouquet and hair-style, too. They both seem to have excellent taste.

It’s true: a wedding is a promise.
It looks like they’re just coming back from a lovely stroll on the water. They look very happy.
